Sarah was basically raised in a gym. As a 10+ year competitive gymnast, she received a wide variety of Olympic level training and conditioning. She went on to coach gymnastics for 5+ years before she began training adults. She brings with her a  lifetime of experience along with over 500 hours of body movement study.
